Drop off at your time

Bring your pet in at the agreed time. We look over the coat with you before anything starts, so there are no surprises.

Every pet is worked on in a safe, calm space. Nervous animals get the extra time they need instead of being rushed through.

Pick up looking just perfect

You get a message when your pet is ready. Bath, brush, nails, ears and finish, all done before they walk back out.

How do I book an appointment?
WhatsApp is the fastest way. Message (242) 806-7112 with your pet's breed and what you need, and you will get a time back. You can also call during opening hours or use the online booking page.
What if my pet's coat is matted?
Matted or badly neglected coats take significantly longer and are harder on the pet, so prices on matted coats are subject to change. You will always be told what the coat needs and what it will cost before any work starts.
How do I know what size my dog counts as?
Sizing follows the dog's build and coat, not just weight. Small covers dogs like Yorkies and Shih Tzus, medium covers dogs like Cocker Spaniels and Beagles, large covers dogs like Labs and Retrievers, and thick double coated breeds such as Huskies and Shepherds are priced separately. If you are unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp and you will get the exact price.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Cat grooming is offered and handled with the extra patience cats need.
Do you board pets?
Yes, boarding is available. Message on WhatsApp with your travel dates and your pet's size so availability and rates can be confirmed for those dates.
Do you sell pet supplies?
Yes. The pet store side carries food, treats and everyday supplies, so you can pick up what you need while your pet is being groomed.
